World Famous Chef Rick Bayless Films T.V. Show for the 8th season of his PBS show “Mexico, One Plate at a Time" at Hotel California's, La Coronela Restaurant/Bar, and the hotel's new Gourmet BistroSanto Vino.
In the restaurant’s bar, Rick enjoyed Chef Dany’s signature Damiana Margarita. Additionally, Rick has chosen Hotel California to be among the very few restaurants to serve his "Market Margarita," refreshingly made with cucumbers, other special ingredients, and of course our Award Winning
Hotel California Tequila.
"The chef (Dany Lamote) may be Belgian but the margaritas are pure Baja."

For dinner Rick and his crew were treated to a meal prepared by our Chef, Dany Lamote at Santo Vino. We are proud to hear Rick's review, "I couldn't be happier. Hotel California chef Dany made our whole crew a gr8 meal!" A flattering complement from one of the most accomplished chefs in world.
